Stephen's Story

I’m a passionate and dedicated individual who grew up in a small, eclectic family, fostering independence, creativity, adaptability, and a boundless sense of curiosity. My upbringing encouraged me to find inspiration in every opportunity, sparking my desire to explore different cultures and life experiences.

After a 20-year career as an international educator across four countries, I decided to channel my extensive experience working with people of all ages towards my true passion—helping individuals, couples, and families lead happier and healthier lives. Through a diverse range of modalities, I enable couples to forge emotional and intimate connections.

Main Areas of Focus:

As a therapist, I specialize in male psychology, offering tailored support for individuals with neurodiversity. My approach prioritizes creating a secure space for all clients, especially those with neurodiversity, who often encounter unique challenges in social interactions, emotional expression, and sensory sensitivities. I emphasize your empowerment by enabling you to control your life, fostering self-sufficiency and resilience, and aligning with timeless values. Acknowledging the distinct hurdles modern men face, I validate experiences tied to evolving societal roles, changing expectations, and life’s pressures.

My commitment is to your ongoing self-improvement, whether in your career, relationships, or personal life. Together, we’ll cultivate vital life skills, enhance communication, and nurture purpose and self-worth. Through mentorship, I’ll empower you to harness your strengths, build meaningful connections, and navigate life’s complexities. Drawing from your values, morality, and psychological insights, I provide actionable strategies resonating with your noble motives. My ultimate goal is to help you seize control of your life, nurturing fulfilling relationships and fostering personal growth, while addressing unique challenges, including neurodiversity.
