Also, if you believe you are neurodivergent but not autistic (ADHD, OCD...), we should definitely talk.

Can I get a formal autism assessment and diagnosis?

No, our work is on Zoom and you can be in the comfort of your own home.

I really struggle with empathy. Can you help?

First, you have to understand the double empathy problem.

Here's an excerpt from a Spectrum News article:

In the case of autism, a communication gap between people with and without the condition may occur, not only because autistic people have trouble understanding non-autistic people, but also because non-autistic people have trouble understanding them. The problem, the theory posits, is mutual.

In short, YES, you have empathy. The problem is usually more about communication.
