We're dedicated to helping men on the autism spectrum find serenity and reduce frustration and overwhelm.

 

We facilitate conversations so you will be understood on a much deeper level than you experience in your day-to-day life.

In our Zoom Group, we will

  • learn how to protect ourselves from overwhelming stress​​

​

  • explore how to have uncomfortable conversations while holding boundaries

​

  • discuss how to have relationships with allistic partners and NOT lose yourself

​

  • get concrete tools

  • identify the differences between real and imagined threats

​

  • learn about motivation, where it comes from, and how motivation differs from capacity

​

  • get unstuck and gain clarity on how to live a better life.
